Oven browned potatoes
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Butter
- 2 Potatoes boiled and Chilled
- 2/3 c Milk
- 1 Egg
Instructions:
beaten Preheat oven to 350 Grease shallow casserole. Shred potatoes in dish and spread evenly. Mix milk and egg then pour over potatoes. Stir slightly. Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes.
