Mom's spanish rice
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Salad oil 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/3 c Rice 1 Beef bouillon cube
- 2 tb Minced onion 1 c Hot water
- 1 lb Ground beef/chuck/hamburger 1 ts Soy sauce
- 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Salt
Instructions:
From: Mom. In hot fat in skillet cook rice with onion and beef till golden brown. Add salt and rest of ingredients; simmer covered until rice is tender. Makes 4 servings.
