Mexican patties
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 c Pretzel crumbs
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 4 oz Can green chiles -deseeded and chopped
- 2 tb Chorizo sausage chopped
- 1 tb Chili seasoning
- 2 Cloves garlic crushed
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 Green peppers
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients except cheese and the 2 green peppers in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
