Mexican casserole
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 md Onion; chopped
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cn Enchilada sauce
- 1 sm Bottle taco sauce
- 1 Bag of cheese doritos
- 2 c Cheddar cheese; grated
Instructions:
Saute meat and onion. Drain. Mix soups and sauces with meat. Layer chips soup/meat mix and cheese in a 2 qt casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes uncovered.
