Meatballs in chipotle sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 2 Eggs; Large
- 1/2 c Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 c Milk
- 2 tb Onion; Finely Chopped
- 2 tb Fresh Cilantro; Snipped
- 2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
Instructions:
* See Sowest 2 for recipe. Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer until meatballs are done about 20 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles if desired.
