Joy's enchiladas

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

• 2 3 lbs. hamburger
• 1 Dozen
• 2 sm Onions chopped
• 19 oz Can enchilada sauce
• 1 lb Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

shredded Corn tortillas Brown beef in skillet. Add chopped onion and saute until tender. Drain. Layer in casserole dish or pan; tortillas meat sauce and shredded cheese ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Posted by: Debbie Carlson From : Debbie Carlson
