Island salsa
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c pineapple -- peeled and : chopped
- 1 c mango -- peeled and chopped
- 1 c yellow or red bell pepper -- : chopped
- 2/3 c kiwi fruit -- peeled and : chopped
- 1/2 c red onion -- finely chopped
- 1/4 c fresh cilantro -- finely : chopped
- 1 ts fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ts serrano chili with seeds --
Instructions:
