Halibut with cilantro pesto
Yield: 6 servings Cil
Ingredients:
- 6 Halibut Steaks; *
- 2 tb Margarine Or Butter; Melted
- 2 tb Lemon Juice
Instructions:
* Fish steaks should be cut about 1-inch thick and weigh about 5 oz each. Prepare Cilantro Pesto and set aside. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place the fish steaks in an ungreased rectangular baking dish 13 X 9 X 2-inches. Mix margarine and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the fish. Bake uncovered until the fish flakes easily with a fork about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with Cilantro Pesto.
