Frijoles a la charra ( ranch beans )
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 sl Bacon -with juice
- 3 Jalapeno chiles
Instructions:
stems and 1 lg Tomato chopped -seeds removed diced 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1 sm Onion diced Freshly ground black pepper 1 qt Cooked pinto beans along 2 tb Chopped cilantro Saute the bacon Jalapenos and onion until well browned.
