Chuletas
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 lb Beef ground
- 1 c Cheese parmesan; grated
- 4 c Parsley; minced
- 1 ts Tabasco sauce
- 6 Onions yellow; chopped
- 2 ts Pepper black
- 4 Eggs
- 6 c Bread crumbs dry
- 2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except crumbs. Form into 30 small balls. Coat balls with bread crumbs. Chill well. Saute in olive oil three to four minutes. Serve with refried beans and salsa. Source: James Beard's American Cookery. From: B.ZACK [Zack] ~---
