Chili con queso dip
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tb Butter 1/2 lb Shredded jack cheese
- 1 pn Cumin 1 ts Minced garlic
- 4 oz Chopped green chilies 3 oz Cream cheese
- 1 c Canned chopped tomatoes 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1/2 c Chopped onion 1 tb Chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Microwave margarine on high for 30 seconds. Add next 5 ingredients cover with plastic wrap (leaving vent) and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes. Add cheese and cook 1 minute. Stir and cook 1 minute. Stir in cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2-1/2 cups 35 calories per tablespoon.
