Chile verde
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 5 lb Pork butt roast (cut into -1" cubes)
- 2 cn 14 oz. chicken broth
- 1 tb Cumin (can vari to taste)
- 2 ts Salt
- 2 ts Pepper
- 1 lg Can green chili's (chop -yourself)
- 1 lg White onion
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for about 6 hours. You can cook for longer. Just before serving add thickner to desired consistency. I suggest Wondra it doesnt lump and works almost instantly. Chile Verde
