Beef nacho casserole
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef 1 tb Chili powder
- 12 oz Chunky salsa (1 jar) 2 c Tortilla chips (crushed)
- 1 c Sweet corn 2 c Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 c Mircale Whip(R)
- 1>. Heat oven to 350øF. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa
Instructions:
corn Miracle Whip(R) and chili powder. 2>. Layer 1/2 meat mixture chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers. 3>. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired.
