Weihnacht plaetzchen (christmas cookies)

Yield: 1 Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 c Butter
• 3/4 c Sugar
• 3 Egg yolks
• 2 1/2 c Flour
• 1 ts Vanilla OR lemon extract
• 1/4 ts Almond extract

Instructions:

MMMMM-----------------------DECORATE WITH---------------------------- Colored sugar Nuts Candied cherries Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add well-beaten egg yolks add extracts. Mix in half the flour then turn on a floured board and knead in balance of flour. Roll out and cut with Christmas tree star and Santa Claus cutters. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375=F8.
