Something different on a budget meatloaf
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb Ground chicken
- 1/4 lb Ground pork
- 1/4 lb Ground beef - lean
- 1/4 c Whole milk
- 2 Eggs - lightly beaten
- 1/2 c Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c Honey Pepper and salt to taste MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------
- 2 tb Hot mustard
- 1 ts Garlic - crushed
- 1/4 c Apricot jam

Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Servings: 6
