Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1/4 lb Ground chicken
• 1/4 lb Ground pork
• 1/4 lb Ground beef - lean
• 1/4 c Whole milk
• 2 Eggs - lightly beaten
• 1/2 c Breadcrumbs
• 1/2 c Honey Pepper and salt to taste MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------
• 2 tb Hot mustard
• 1 ts Garlic - crushed
• 1/4 c Apricot jam

Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Servings: 6
