Southwestern meat loaf
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Chopped beef
- 1 pk Lipton Recipe Secret Onion - Soup Mix
- 2 c Crushed corn flakes; or Bran flakes (about 3 oz)
- 1 1/2 c Whole kernel corn -frozen or canned drained
- 1 Green pepper; diced
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 c Water
- 1/3 c Ketchup
Instructions:
Salsa Preheat oven to 350 deg. In large bowl combine all ingredients. In a large shallow baking pan shape into loaf. Bake 1-1/2 hours or until done. Serve with prepared salsa Can also use Onion-Mushroom or Beefy Onion Soup Mix.
