Rio grande meat loaf
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn (3 oz) mushrooms
- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 Egg slightly beaten
- 1/3 c Heinz Ketchup 'n Onions
- 1/3 c Crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 ts Garlic salt
- 1/8 ts Red pepper
Instructions:
Dash pepper Drain mushrooms reserving 1/4 cup liquid.Finely chop mushrooms. Combine mushrooms and reserved liquid with beef and remaining ingredients.Form into a loaf (8 x 4 x 1 1/2") in shallow baking dish.Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour.Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.Serve with additional Ketchup 'n Onions if desired. Makes 6 servings.
