Sauerbratin meatballs
Yield: 30 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 c Chopped onions
- 1 ts Salt & pepper
- 2/3 c Condensed milk Make meatballs brown in 2- tsp. butter.Add 1 1/2- cups water
- 3- tbsp. catsup
- 1 1/2- tbsp. brown sugar
- 8- peppercorns (tie in small bag)1- bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 9- crumbled ginger snap cookies.Cover
Instructions:
skillet cook at low heat 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Serve over mashed potatoes.
