Pineapple glaze
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 8 oz Pineapple crushed
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 1 tb Mustard
Instructions:
Used on Baked Ham. Mix brown sugar cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Stir in pineapple lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat stirring till thick. Boil stirring 1 minute.
