My spanish rice
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cn Tomato soup (10 oz)
- 2/3 c Rice raw
- 1/2 sm Onion
Instructions:
Brown onion in fat add meat and brown. Strain off any grease. Add tomato soup and 1 can water. Add rice and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with vegetable of choice.
