Meatball mixture
Yield: 1 Batch
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Regular ground beef
- 1/2 c Soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tb Onion finely chopped
- 1/3 c Reconstituted instant milk -(non-fat)
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Instructions:
2. Divide mixture in half. Use half for Sweet and Sour Meatballs (p. 49) or Meatballs in Sauce (p. 42). 3.
