Freezer mix skillet goulash
Yield: 5 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 c Browned/Seasoned Freezer Mix
- 1 cn Tomatoes;(16oz) canned
- 1/2 c Celery; chopped
- 1/2 c Water
- 1 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1/8 ts Basil leaves
- 1/8 ts Marjoram leaves
- 3 oz Noodle; uncooked
Instructions:
fine Cook freezer mix large skillet until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid) and remaining ingredients; break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer stirring occasionally until noodles are tender about 20 minutes. (A small amount of water can be added if necessary.)
