Easy beef bake

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 pk Onion and mushroom or beef Flavor mushroom soup mix
• 1/4 c Water
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1/2 c Soft bread crumbs
• 1/4 c Ketchup
• 1 md Egg
• 3 c Hot mashed potatoes

Instructions:

Shredded Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a medium bowl combine soup mix water beef bread crumbs ketchup and egg.Press beef mixture into a 9" pie pan.Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
