Family meat loaf
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef Extra Lean
- 2/3 c Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1 c Milk
- 1% Lowfat
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/4 ts Poultry Seasoning
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Onions -- Chopped
- 1/4 c Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 ts Mustard
- 1/8 ts Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 c Catsup
Instructions:
Combine first 9 ingredients. Put in round microwave-safe tube pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of meat mixture. Microwave at 70% power for about 15 minutes or until temperature probe says 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in half and transfer to serving plate if desired.
