Ingredients:

Instructions:

Fresh pepper to taste *Heaping teaspoons. Mash garlic and salt to a paste with a mortar and pestle. Combine with other ingredients. Let mixture stand a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator to blend flavors. Stir before using.
