Turkey & mozzarella cheese picnic loaf

Yield: 6 Servings -

Ingredients:

• 1 Loaf
• 1.1/2-lbs. round sour- -dough bread
• 1/3 c Kraft House Italian dressing
• 6 To 8 fresh spinach leaves; -stems removed
• 1 c Kraft low moisture part skim -mozzarella cheese; divided -(4-oz.)
• 6 sl To 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli -thin roast turkey breast
• 1 sm Red onion; thinly sliced
• 1 sm Tomato; thinly sliced

Instructions:

1/2 sm Cucumber; thinly sliced Heat oven to 350~. Cut slice from top of bread loaf remove center leaving 1/2" shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with dressing. Fill shell with spinach 1/2 cup cheese onion turkey tomato cucumber and remaining cheese. Cover top of bread loaf; wrap in foil. Bake 45 mins. Cool 10 mins. Cut into wedges; serve hot or cold.
