Tuna salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn Tuna drained (6 oz)
- 1/8 ts Salt (to taste)
- 1/8 ts Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 ts Garlic
- 1 tb Parsley
- 1/4 c Chopped celery
- 1/4 c Or so Onion finely diced
- 1/2 ts Lemon Juice
- 1/3 c To 1/2 c mayo. (to taste)
Instructions:
Paprika Drain the tuna and break it up into small sized chunks. Add all dry ingredients; salt pepper garlic and parsley. Then add the celery lemon juice and onions. Fold in the mayonnaise until it is blended. Serve a scoop on top of green salid or between two pieces of bread or toast. Sprinkle a little paprika on top to add a little flavor and color. Fresh Lettuce is also a wonderful addition to any sandwich.
