Tavern sandwiches

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 pt Water
• 1 ea Large onion chopped
• 3/4 c Catsup
• 2 tb Chili powder
• 2 lb Ground beef
• 2 tb Prepared mustard

Instructions:

Salt and Pepper to taste In a sauce pan combine water onion catsup and chili powder. Cook for about 6 - 7 minutes. Then add ground beef prepared mustard salt and pepper. Cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.
