Simple seafood subs
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 43 g Crab surimi seafood chunks
- 2 tb Nonfat mayonnaise
- 1/2 oz Celery -- chopped
- 1/2 oz Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 sl Light bread
- 3/4 oz Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonaise celery and onion. Serve on bread with lettuce. Recipe By : Danica Paz
