Pork barbecue sandwiches
Yield: 5 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 cn Condensed tomato soup - (10 1/2 oz)
- 1/4 c Catsup
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c Cooked pork; thinly sliced
- 5 Sandwich buns; split
Instructions:
In large skillet combine all ingredients except pork and sandwich buns; blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked pork; simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve on sandwich buns. Yields 4 sandwiches. Date: 07/02/96
