New mexico cabbage casserole
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 c Shredded cabbage
- 1 ea Can cream of potato soup (10 3/4 oz)
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 c Grated cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Buttered bread crumbs Place cabbage in greased 7 x 11 casserole. Mix potato soup and water. Pour over cabbage. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 F about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake an additional 15 minutes. From Loren Martin Big Cabin Okla
