Low-fat tomato sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 Onion -- chopped
- 20 ml Garlic -- minced
- 2 tb Parsley -- minced
- 4 c Plum tomatoes -- crushed
- 1/4 sm Green pepper -- chopped
Instructions:
