Maryanne's cheesecake
Yield: 1 Cake
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 3 tb Flour
- 3 tb Cornstarch
- 32 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Stick butter (softened)
- 1 tb Vanilla
- 1 pt Sour cream -lemon rind Crust
- 2 c graham
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2/3 c melted salt butter
Instructions:
mix crust ingredients and fill a large spring pan. Beat filling together until smooth Fill crust Bake 90 min @ 225 degrees Open door & let cool slowly Best made 2-3 days in advance
