- 2 tb Peanut butter; 2 tb Non-fat milk powder;
- 1/2 Banana; mashed 1/2 ts Vanilla; MMMMM------------------------6TH SANDWICH-----------------------------
- 2 tb Peanut butter; 8 To 10 slices cumumber;
- 1/4 c Alfalfa sprouts; 1 ts Mayonnaise;

- 2 tb Peanut butter; 1/4 c Apple; chopped

- 8 oz Tofu; mashed 1 Banana;
