Dilled cucumber sandwiches
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Nuefchatel cheese; softened
- 1 tb Fat-free or reduced-calorie -mayonnaise salad dressing
- 1 ts -2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 ts Skim milk
- 1 Garlic clove; finely chopped
- 8 sl Whole-grain bread; toasted -if desired
- 2 sm Cucumber; thinly sliced
Instructions:
