Apricot filling 2
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Dried apricots
- 2 c Water
- 1/2 c Granulated sugar
- 3 tb Ground blanched almonds
Instructions:
: Boil the apricots in the water with the sugar for 10 minutes then cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from the fire and sieve. Add the almonds and cool. When using heat the amount desired and spread on toast. Makes 1 c. Jeannie Allen From: Lewisallen
