2-quart heat-resistant non-metallic casserole melt butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. Add onion and green pepper and heat uncovered in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until lightly browned. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. 3. Heat covered in Microwave Oven 5 to 6 minutes or until tomatoes are very tender. 5tir occasionally. Serve hot or cold
