Tomato-maui onion salad

Ingredients:
- 12 Italian plum tomatoes -sliced
- 1 bn Basil coarsely chopped
- 1 Maui or red onion thinly -sliced
- 1 tb Olive oil (opt)
- 2 tb Wine vinegar
Instructions:
Freshly ground pepper Chives Arrange tomato slices on serving platter or 6 individual plates. Top with basil and onion slices. Sprinkle with oil vinegar and pepper. Garnish platter with long uncut chives. Makes 6 servings. Recipe can be prepared at least 1 hour before serving. Each serving contains about: 47 calories; 8 milligrams sodium; 0 cholesterol; 3 grams fat; 6 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram protein; 0.65 grams fiber.
