Pineapple ginger sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ts Minced garlic
- 1 ts Minced ginger
- 1 c No-sugar-added pineapple Juice
- 1/4 c Low sodium tamari or soy Sauce
- 1 tb Cornstarch dissolved in 1
Instructions:
tb Cold water Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until it boils then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency. From: Lucinda Rasmussen
