North carolina cornmeal crisps
Yield: 18 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Cornmeal
- 1 1/4 c Boiling water
- 2 tb Lard melted
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients mixing well. Spoon batter by T onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are browned.
