Bluenose strawberry soup
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Sliced strawberries 1 c Half and half
- 2 tb Brandy Extra sliced strawberries
- 1 c Sour cream -and mint sprigs
- 1/2 ts Vanilla extract 1/4 c Sugar
Instructions:
Blend strawberries sour cream half and half sugar brandy and vanilla until smooth about 30-45 seconds. Serve in chilled c and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
