Zesty orange salad
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Oranges peeled sliced thin
- 1 sm Onion sliced thin
- 2 ts Vegetable oil
- 1 tb Cider vinegar
- 1/8 ts Chili powder
Instructions:
Lettuce leaves Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
