Zesty orange salad
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Oranges peeled sliced thin 1 tb Cider vinegar
- 1 sm Onion sliced thin 1/8 ts Chili powder
- 2 ts Vegetable oil Lettuce leaves Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Toss before serving on the lettuce leaves.
