Tasty tahini dressing
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Tahini; 2 tb Fresh lemon juice;
- 6 tb Water; ds Red (cayenne) pepper;
Instructions:
Tahini also called sesame paste is available natural food stores. This is nice on fish poultry tofu omelets or salads. Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about 1/2 cup.
