Parmesan cheese dressing
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ts White wine vinegar
- 1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Gradually blend milk into mayonnaise. Mix in cheese vinegar and worcestershire sauce. Chill. Serve on tossed salad greens or on a meaty chef salad. Makes 3/4 cup. Recipe By :
