Low-calorie apple dressing
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple; chopped 1/2 ts Ground sage;
- 1 Celery stalk; chopped 1/4 ts Dried thyme;
- 1 Green onion; minced
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Spoon into a small baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 325 F oven for about 30 minutes. Or use to stuff a Cornish hen.
