Honey-apricot dressing
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 1/4 oz Unpeeled Apricot Halves; -Drained
- 1 c Dairy Sour Cream
- 1/4 c Honey
- 1 tb Lemon Juice
- 1 ds Salt
Instructions:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth. Chill if desired. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
