Greens with dijonnaise vinaigrette +++
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Light mayonnaise
- 2 tb Red wine vinegar
- 1 tb Dijon mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic pn Salt pepper and granulated Sugar
- 3 tb Olive oil
- 14 c Assorted greens
Instructions:
In small bowl or measuring cup whisk together mayonnaise vinegar mustard garlic salt pepper and sugar. Gradually whisk in olive oil. (Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours. Whisk to recombine.) Place greens in salad bowl. Pour dressing on top; toss gently to coat. Recipe By : Canadian Living; December 95
