Buttermilk mustard dressing
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Buttermilk;
- 1/4 c Plain low-fat yogurt;
- 2 ts Dijon-style mustard;
- 1 1/2 tb Cucumber; peeled seeded -grated
- 1 Green onion;
- 2 ts Lemon zest; grated
- 2 ts Orange zest; grated ds White pepper; Blend all ingedients together and chill before serving. Makes about
