All-purpose salad dressing
Yield: 3 /4 cup
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Wine
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 1 tb Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 c Olive Oil
- 1/4 ts Dried Oregano
- 1/4 ts Dried Parsley
- 1 Clove Garlic
Instructions:
minced In a small bowl whisk together wine vinegar and mustard until blended. Slowly pour in olive oil whisking constantly. Whisk in oregano parsley and garlic. Use for a dressing on mixed greens.
